History

In 1966 the Oak Street congregation and the Whitcomb Street congregation joined together to form one church of Christ in Fort Collins. In 1968 we moved to the current Meadowlark building location.

Location and Facilities

We are located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the heart of Fort Collins (Fort Collins Facts). The Meadowlark church building is situated in the middle of Fort Collins with easy access to Colorado State University and Old Town Square. Fort Collins is home to fabulous recreational opportunities, diverse cultural attractions, over 44 parks, 25 miles of recreational trails, and family fun galore. we are located 63 miles north of Denver, CO and 47 miles south of Cheyenne, WY and 53 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our physical building has approximately 20,000 square feet including 9 classrooms, 4 offices, auditorium, basement with a kitchen, and a courtyard with playground equipment.

Go south on I-25, exit at Prospect Road.
Go west on Prospect Road, turn south onto College Blvd.
Go south on College, turn right (west) onto Drake.
Turn left (south) onto Meadowlark Ave.
The church building is on the left (east) side of the street, just north of Beattie Elementary.

From South of Fort Collins:

Go north on I-25, exit at Harmony Road.
Go west on Harmony Road, turn right (north) onto College Blvd.
Go north on College Blvd, turn left (west) onto Swallow.
Turn right (north) on Meadowlark Ave.
The church building is on the right (east) side of the street, just north of Beattie Elementary.
